Returns

If our items are defective upon arrival we will reprint and replace them with all haste.

You need to tell us within 5 working days of recieving our products that there is a problem that needs to be rectified. We would ask that you send photographs and we may ask you to return the item. 

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.

The very nature of the items we make are completely bespoke to you the customer, therefore, have no redeemable value.  We cannot offer refunds or credit for goods correctly supplied.
